Catering sink stainless steel with taps and high lip for a professional kitchen

This is a catering sink for a professional kitchen. It has a centrally located sink with a high lip to the countertop. This makes it ideal for pot washing or food prepping. It comes with a deep sink and set of hot and cold taps. It could be very easily used as the basis for an outdoor kitchen or as part of a setup for an Ooni oven outside for example. It has many many years of service left for catering purposes - these cost a fortune new so grab a bargain. Most similar sinks are either left or right hand draining. The advantage of the sink in the middle is you can have clean on one side and dirty on the other. There is a space below the unit to insert a shelf for storing items, and to the right hand side there is space for an under counter appliance like a dishwasher. We used this unit as a temporary kitchen set up during our extension works so it would suit someone planning the same kind of thing.
